Offering a jewel to a loved one or treating yourself is bound to be an emotional experience in any case. Your satisfaction being the primary concern of Maison Arthus Bertrand, everything possible will be done to meet your expectations and fulfill your wishes.

The shipping is in our care above 500€ purchasing

We provide free shipping for any order above 500€ (VAT included). For orders below 300e, a fee will be added at the final stage of the order process, depending on your shipping location and your selected shipping options. Your jewellery will be delivered according to your instructions by one of our secure shipping services (La Poste....).

A safe and fast delivery

Your jewel will be delivered, according to your choice, by one of our secure carriers (La Poste via So Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS), depending on your delivery address. It is insured by us until delivered by hand. The So Colissimo offer includes signature home delivery in 3 to 4 working days. The Chronopost offer includes 2 to 3 working days signature delivery to the location of your choice. However, please note that shipping times may be delayed during busy shopping seasons such as Christmas.
