Because we know how difficult it is to select the perfect gift, Maison Arthus Bertrand gives you the option to return any jewellery that does not bring you complete satisfaction.

We offer different return options.

14 days to...

  • Return to exchange : you wish to exchange your piece for another one
  • Final return : you are not satisfied and would like a full refund.

To benefit from this guarantee, the jewel must not have been personalised, nor worn in daily life. Jewellery that has been modified by a workshop other than ours cannot be returned. The return is no longer possible if it is a second consecutive definitive return.

How to return your parcel?

1. Contact us

Please send your return request to customer service by clicking on the link below and selecting the subject 'Order tracking':

As soon as your return request has been approved by our Customer service, a pre-paid slip will be sent to you by email(for returns from france only).

2. Prepare your parcel

Place your entire order in the original package, along with a copy of the invoice.

3. Send your parcel

Depending on the return method you selected with our customer service, several options will be available to you. The options offered will depend on the return method you selected with our Customer service. Please note that all options include an insurance corresponding to the value of the shipped product.
