For the festive season, purchases made on arthusbertrand.com or over the phone with our customer service between 1 November - 31 December 2024 will be eligible for returns until 15th January 2025. Purchases made after 31 December 2024 will carry the standard return policy unless stated otherwise.

To ensure that your Arthus Bertrand creation remains beautiful, the Maison has a few recommendations for you :

• Avoid any contact with detergents, abrasives, or chemicals that could be in perfumes, creams, hand sanitizer and cleaning products, particularly in the case of jewellery crafted in mother-of-pearl, enamel or resin.
• Handle your pieces with care, and be sure to remove them before engaging in athletic activities and before swimming at the beach or pool.
• Avoid friction between the stones and metal when you store your jewellery.
• If you have any doubts about the condition of your Arthus Bertrand piece, we recommend that you have it verified by one of our craftsmen.
